Sadly not out clubbing, just making sure I was up in time to go for a long run this morning (well long for me )

Only about 6 miles not bad for me for a weekday run though!

Off oooooop north this evening for the weekend, will be with my cousin (who doesn't run) but hopefully will get out for a nice run at some point
