Thread: Today's Training

Arrived at wrong start off point for Boulsworth recce through my own fault, so trotted off for a full tour of pendle.

Loads of runners out today, think I passed a few Wharedalers, only to come a cropper on the descent to the 2nd climb on later half of the tour, twisting knee badly. Just the place you want an injury Long grimace and hobble back to Barley. Hopefully will clear up for the tour!

We must have ran right past each other then?! I spotted the group running up Ogden Clough as I base jumped off Gernaimo trying to catch up . Then passed about 7 of you down to ashendeane, only for them all to dissappear? As I was hobbling up Mearly, I saw 2 runners come too far over and were presented with a healthy near vertical drop, then retort back and found the path, but I didn't see anymore of that group? Where did you go?

Nice weather up there for once!

Ah I see, I think your team were in the car park when I eventually got back, but I just jumped in my car and got off, needed to get home asap lol.

Yeah it is an awesome route, can't get enough of it!! Shame i'll have to miss a week of doing it now.
