    Re: Today's Training

14 miles from Edale up past Ringing Roger to the top of Golden Clough, directly across the plateau to the path on the Northern edge, turned left and followed the path along the edge of the plateau past Blackden Brook to the top of Gateside Clough.
Down Gateside then back up Fairbrook, cutting across the heather to the track to Fairbrook Naze. Up the nose and along the path at the top of Ashop Edge to the far NW corner of the plateau. Back along the Pennine way, past the downfall to Kinder Low. East to Noe Stool past the pagoda and Woolpacks to summit of Grindslow Knoll, then down to Grindsbrook Booth and back to Edale.
A few groups recce'ing Tanky's and loads of runners out today, more than I've ever seen outside of a race.
Great weather, great running, great day out.

2% bit lame as you don't use 100% effort on the treadmill.. yeah i know that CL will come along and correct me..

i always found running at 4-5% at 14km was a good effort.. length of run up to you..

    good effort though..

just keep up the abs work not sure if you do a Pilates class but it would do you good

10.7 miles from Crowden over Bleaklow to the turn off the Pennine Way to the Snake Road on Tanky's route, then back to Crowden. A bit damp under foot and in the air, but good visibility.
