    Too true, 14m/2933ft not the 30m i'd planned but some good hard climbing, ran all the ups apart from a couple of steep/slippery sods in the woods, spent more time sliding back down. Still got BOYflu and coughing like a seal but feel a dam sight better than i did this morning, not a totally wasted day

    I held up the Ponies' end at Famous Grouse race today
    brief chat with Manhar as we met each other warming up on the monster start hill - however, I feel duty bound to "dob him in" for wearing a "proper club" vest
