A no show for MG today I'm afraid....boo hoo.....had man flu all week and a pain in the neck.....I would have gone anyway being a auld toughie....but the other half has nagged me out of it.....I'm sad to be missing out on cakes but glad to be indoors and out of the torrential rain.

It is lashing down here 25miles up North from your abode, I had to wrestle the wuffler out of door this morning for his walk, he was not a happy bunny. get well soon and drink some of that apple juice ML had, it has not done him any harm.............or has it???

Aiming to do Eskdale.

Went for a slip and slide around the Eskdale route this morning, the course is atrocious with some of the paths now fast flowing streams, you will probably need bog trotters next week.

Too true, 14m/2933ft not the 30m i'd planned but some good hard climbing, ran all the ups apart from a couple of steep/slippery sods in the woods, spent more time sliding back down. Still got BOYflu and coughing like a seal but feel a dam sight better than i did this morning, not a totally wasted day
