    Muse

    running, art, taking part,
    nature, sea, poetry
    travel, sky, flying high,
    veggie food, being rude

    ok the last line was a bit poor but passion only seems to rhyme with fashion and that most definitely isn't a muse to me.

    Trampling through mud
    In the case of some races, covered in blood
    stumbling up the hill
    just for the thrill
    then whizzing back down
    never a frown
    over the finish line back to the pub
    where i tuck into some fine countryside grub

    Oh i hate to train
    In the rain
    It runs over in my brain
    oh what a bloody pain
    then the cloud and mist clears
    and reveals sights that stay with you for years
    lots i can remember
    all year from january through to december
    the snowdonia peaks all rocky and jagged
    the yorkshire dales all garssy and rugged
    so thats about it
    oh by the way im the number one forum twit

    This is great...you were writing this whilst I wrote my last effort...ha ha, it is a far superior effort.

    World full of Poets.

    I love this world full of words and rhyme,
    Unbelievable verse spills from everyone around,
    Don't let anyone say stop writing don't waste your time,
    When i read your works i float upon high off the ground.

    Words are for all they are the language of love,
    You can show everyone your life and open your heart,
    Your muse gives inspiration like the lord up above,
    I must tell you all don't be afraid to start. Write !

    The night is drawing to a close and my eyes are leadening...I feel the need for an old chinese poem...good night friends one and all, present and absent.....

    Secret parting
    Po Chu I

    There can be no tears
    For a secret farewell;
    There can be no converse
    For a hidden love.
    Besides our two hearts no man can know it;
    Locked deep in its cage by night the lonely bird rests.
    The keen sword in Spring sunders the twining branches;
    The water of the river, though muddy, may yet become clear;
    The head of the crow, though black, may yet become white.
    But for a secret farewell and for a hidden love,
    The two must be content to hope for naught to come.
