You have to believe that you are entitled to the money!

They have in effect made funds available to you without agreeing the terms upon which you repay it. It was their error, so whilst you do owe it back, you are entitled to do so on your terms. Agree to give them £5 per week until it is cleared. Obviously you didn't agree any interest for this loan, so none is payable.
