    That is good value even poor nurses can afford that.
    how do you make the letters go a different colour? is it only possible when you have been a member for a while? or am i being blonde.

    When you open the reply box, there are two rows of buttons just above where you type - are you still with me

    On the top row there is a letter A with a black line underneath, click on the little arrow just to the right of it and you will get some pretty little coloured boxes, click the one you want

    Amazing how you can not only figure this out, and even give clear instructions yet when it comes to the washing machine (are you still with me?) - which lets face it only ever gets used on 1 setting, you all go remarkably blank and tap it as if it's just been beamed down from outer space
