Im well Karlos but have knacked me dodgy calf again....nothing unusual about that you might think....but....id been training very hard for a good few weeks and after it twanged i carried on eating like i normally do and ive got FAT!

Oh no....that's what I had last week....it's a busy buggy bug....lots of folk had it....I couldn't eat much and lost 3 pounds (in weight not money! )
