    Nice one Hursty!

I'm going for an early one over Pendle tomorrow if you fancy it? Got to be back home for about 1015, so probably a 0700 start? Start with headtorch, catch the sunrise from the top?

Must have just missed you today on Pendle! Gernaimo was so much easier with the frost, it provided muchos grip, even for my worn out shoes hehe.

Tomorrow morning is a possibility, was going to see if your up for a CTJM on sunday, or are you busy then? Problem is, I'm in charge of the mutts all weekend, suppose could bring them with hehe.

Sunday's a no go: Xmas shopping in Manchester ( condition of being able to go on XOTF). But bring dogs if you want. 0700, Barley car par. Will do a quick CTJM post too.

Well, as a pretty crap beginner, I'm going to have a go at some more hill reps this morning - how does a two-minute hill X6 sound? Or should I do more reps?
(CAN I do more reps, more like!)

Take it easy to begin and just see what you can do. Make sure you're well warmed up before you start and warm down after too. Have fun
