i think the water is at ribblehead and then just after the pub at the foot of ingleborough. you can have drinks/food sent to these two places. there are a few streams along the way, but if your not sure where they are its a big risk not taking fulid with you. i found a new stream one on the way down off ingleborough on mon, id run out of water after doing pen y ghent then up to ingleborough. race day i usually take a bottle of water with me and then get more from the stations. never used a camelbak, but have thought about it.
