Just preparing for leg 5 of the Calderdale on Sunday - four cans of Murphys, a bottle of red and a chicken rogan josh.

    What an athlete!
Hope you're feeling ok this morning after all that! Hey there's nothing wrong with my driving, I didn't kill any of you did I? Nearly killed Gary though for never being satisfied with his running!

I was doing leg 3, then 2 and now leg 5, see you there!

This is a good route but last year was a nightmare after that last hill. I actually didnt know where I was. There was no marshall and I should have turned left up the lane to the finish but I just sat for a few mins and waited for a kind runner to tell me the way.
A good race but tough last year in that snow.
    Good luck Linda and Trevor.x
Didnt know you was a organising, take my hat off.

I was exhausted after the race last year Its a toughie

Most surprising thing this year was a chap at the start of the race handing out sun-screen. On February 7th!!

I was sat in the back freezing cold (my own fault), with what turned out to be an absess under a tooth and dear old Gary was blaring on and on and on

It's a tough un, especially early on, but it wouldn't be worth doing if it was easy, just don't run with Mrs.Stagger, she'll get you lost, sorry Linda, couldn't resist
