More importantly DJ, do you have the flexible crampons to go with the Inov8's??? I have but have never used them... and it doesn't look as if I will be using them this weekend either

Although I am feeling better today. I have finally managed to sleep, for the first time since last Saturday... Pain and fever slowly subsiding... functionality back in my left arm, left leg still dodgy and painful...

I ran a hilly five miles around the lanes last night and my knee has now near as damn it officially recovered . Hopefully now I will be able to run rather than stagger round XOTF.
