I fell up Latrigg this evening to blow the quadwebs away*.

My legs still hurt. I'm hoping that doing the bikie bit of the Helly Tri thing tomorrow will make it all go away.

*Quadwebs are like cobwebs, only four times worse. They gather in the top half of your legs after stupidly racing the track session four days before a race, and two days after another one. Does it sound like I'm getting my excuses in?
