Results are up - cracking race - the quality in the Mens field was unbelievable with Tom Lancashire setting a new race record of 29:21 - he was due to race the Sale 5, but as it was cancelled came and entered on the day at ours.

40 guys sub 32 and Helen Clitheroe winning again in 32:53. A good 2nd for Katie Ingram and Victoria Wilkinson in 3rd.
If I understand this correctly, the race was in Clitheroe and in Lancashire and the two winners had the same name.
right, I am going to change my name by deed poll to Horton in Ribblesdale and I might win the three peaks next year then

I was reading somewhere on the BBC website a blog from Ingram, she has just been in Spain triathlon training, alright for these pro's isnt it! Travel to where the weather is suitable for training

Didn't manage to make it down to watch, ended up working.
