Well , its nearly Happy new year now Trog, hope your injury heals soon, at least I did not have to worry about you sprinting past me at G,boro woods race, I mainly slid down the last hill , then had to sprint myself to try and catch my clubmate (other club) to no avail, so why did i do it, its ok I had a good talk to myself afterwards.
I was the only Pony there, apart from the one dressed in a NFR vest, long tall thin bloke the wrong side of 50

I have survived a 30 min run yesterday and 45 min today, both on the flat.

I shall be at Capt Cooks wearing a Pony vest, but expect to be cantering rather than galloping
