Well on monday I went up from Osmotherly through the res onto Hambleton Hills....but it was knee deep so turned back and along past Chequers...10K.
unfortunately that was my only bid for freedom as the Hebden recce was called off today so have been on the treaders 3 times this week. (OG and DJ went out on moors today but I couldn't make it) Weekly total so far 21 miles. Going upto Whitburn tomorrow so will have a jog round Cleadon hills (not really hills) or if anyone else has any other reasonable offers?
Glad you survived the man flu!
Its hard going in those conditions but views are brill. we will all get out soon.

He might as well have been. The crafty devil made sure he ran behind me so I cleared a track through the snow for him to trot merrily along

I have been curled up in my loose box liking my wounds

Run every day so far this year and think that I am injury free again, just need to maintain it now. Dug out my old orienteering shoes which have metal studs in, so I have been running up the pavement faster than the cars sliding up the road, but once on the terrain its really hard going.
