7.5 miles trail/field path and woodland run - mostly around Calverley Millenium Walk. Deepest snow only a mere 6 inches

Stunning sunset here too just as I was finishing run

I had one or two problems with humungous snow drifts today - my route over a stile off Stockdale Lane

Stolly excellent photo. Had a pretty lacklustre run tonight as full of a cold ended up only doing a short 3 mile ish run

5.5 mile 1100ft tough going but nice and quite. Really enjoyed myself. Ernie says its too cold for him though, and I don't run fast enough

3hr 15min from home passing by several local landmarks: Beamsley Beacon, Middleton Woods, White Wells and the Badger Stone. Good to see a couple out on Ilkley Moor on skis

    Re: Today's Training

Just back from about 9 miles from Abbey Village- over Great Hill and across to start of Darwen Moor and back though the lower end of Roddlesworth woods.
Fantastic morning. Deep in places, a bit blowy on top but dry powder and amazing hoare frost patterns.
Hope it snows again on Mon / Tues I could get very used to this.
Back home with no mud, almost dry feet and just a bit of sweaty gear.
