New Star Trek: awesome in a non-trekkie way, Spock stood out for me, no idea who the actor is.

Terminator Salvation: Didn't advance the story very far other than to confirm the planet is overrun with Skynet's machines, although you do meet Kyle. Worth a look if like me you're following the saga but i think they're beginning to spin it out a bit.

Currently trying to work through misty eyes watching Merry Christmas, the story of the Xmas Eve armistice of 1914. It's the hormones.

Watched Law Abiding Citizen on Friday night.

I have hardly watched any films in my life, but I thought this was pretty good.

A film I always wanted to see and have never had enough time is Schindlers List. Powerful stuff and very moving.

Got District 9 on DVD last weekend, it has to be one of the best movies i've ever seen, you think it's going to be another run of the mill affair but it keeps surprising you.

I saw Schindler's List when it came out at the cinema
after it finished, I went to the loo on the way out, and I've never seen so many grown men crying their eyes out before or since
