    What does it matter Al, your walking, just enjoy the journey and pick out some lines for when you race it, just in case you lose Rob Jebb or Holmsey in the clag

    That is a good point.

    But just wanted to get an idea....just to see if we could bag another munro whilst we where up there kinda thing.


    Thing is though....i havent done any 'walking' since ive taken up running...so i'll just end up trying to blast up and down the ben whilst draging my mate with me.

    depends on how fit your mate is, allow 4-5 hours if you are walking, however when are you going? to climb it now with all the snow on it you could add an hour for the climb. take care it is an all new ball game on the Ben in winter. make sure you know the bearings off the top.

    if you want to bag a munro Al there are many more which are much prettier and you'll have them to your self
