Alf, was planning circuits'til 9 (don't panic - allows for a not so prompt 0800 start, time to get to the banking and a proper warm up/stretch session). Aim to get to the banking (lower res) by 0845 and you won't miss us. You never know though, you might enjoy the circuit? Seriously tho', you could always leave out the hill sprints.

I have a cheapo stopwatch to bring (thats if it still works) and if i can suss how to use it. i'm not planning on performing too well with the sprints/circuits but we'll see. I will be bringing the dog he's my pace maker

Also will be wearing my ron hill tracksters, i never wear anything else, legally allowed to show my legs off in public!!

Hehe, well I'll see how I feel in the morning, just airing on the side of caution, another beasting on Pendle might be one too many for the week!

Cheers for digging those books out! They have only gone and changed my date again to 14th of April now lol, dunno whats going on with them!
