Did my recovery run in the morning but by late evening I was seizing up and as I already had my trainers on took Dave for another 'run' only short - 2 miles but 6 in total for the day (did a bit of sprinting too)
Hour in the gym this morning mainly stabilisation work - pooly ligament feeling it but the stabilisation is helping, then did 20 minutes of stretching - feeling much better now!
Off for a run this evening - have a window of opportunity for an hour out whilst no.1 son is at cubs![]()
