I wonder if the pavements are still highly dangerous it was wazzing it down with rain when I got up.

Yeah it has been marvelous!

Its like being transported to a different country, great change of scenery.

A lot more interesting than the cold/wet/windy weather usually around this time.

There was talk on the radio earlier of the big thaw starting today with a return to normal temps Not sure if I'll cope taking my down jacket off. Could be a general anaesthetic job as its been a permanent fixture since Christmas

Going in for surgery on monday, having the nails removed from head that have been holding my hat on since before xmas

Yep there is, by Sunday 8 degrees, its raining here already now.

I'm not too fussed really, Its been a right laugh having the snow, but now I need firm solid non-slippy ground for hardcore training

Pavements are awful today - worst yet. Rain over ice, loads of puddles. Hate this bit of post-snowiness.

Got a job, only 3 days a week to start with and means working Saturday, but it's better than nowt. Looks like no Wadsworth Trog for me but trying to wangle a couple of Saturday's off for the Noone Stone and the Hobble (deffo don't want to miss the Hobble)
