Brilliant caption. It's been a good night.

Here's another caption for the picture.

Tri. " I think Freckle might have gone too far in her quest for aerodynamics."

Ow. " I know what you mean she's forgot her shoes !!.

Hi Tri! Got lots of ideas but have been a bit all over the place with catching up on stuff, a few orders for prints and getting my classes sorted out. Going to try and sketch out some ideas this week. The haikus are coming along, I've typed them up and am tweaking them before collating them with my best photos to make a little book (just for me, not for publishing). How's your book idea coming?

O.K. I'm about 1/2 way through now. Are you going to race this year ?. Personally i'm doing 1 a month leading up to The Round Rotherham in October which is 50 miles.

I usually try to race as much as possible as I push myself so much harder than when I'm training on my own, when I often get sidetracked by the landscape and nature! This year I am training for some longer and tougher fell races but I'll do races that look interesting or are local. Usually at least two a month and in the summer last year I did three a week for a couple weeks but that was daft and mainly because I felt obliged as they were league races and I am supposed to encourage our ladies in the club to get out and do them. They would good fun but I was exhausted. I cycle quite a bit too but just for enjoyment and cross-training.
