50mins round Farnhill Pinnacle area with Stick and Grifter. No sign of any snow, very misty but a nice run out

stair reps at work: only eight flights, probably about 150 steps in total, but done at full pelt - 90 secs up, 60 secs down, no rests - x10.

    Brutal.

Does that mean you are going to carry extra weight or just the stuff around your middle like me

only 5 miles this morning but will nip out later to get another shorter session in. tried to go through the gears near the end to only marginal success, but thats more than I could do last week.

Hehe, its the term the RAF seem to use for a session that includes press-ups, sit-ups, burpees, dorsal raises, tricep dips, full body crunch, squats and hip raises.

I've currently fell out with Burpees though, they are super punishing!

Enjoyed Rombalds last year but doing Wadsworth Trog that weekend this year. It was 'interesting' up on Ilkley Moor on Sunday. Mix of old wet snow, cold streamy paths, ice and frozen bog
