    9.55 miles....on the road.

Ran 3 miles to my mates, ran 3 miles with him, then ran home-3.55 miles.

Jesus i cant believe how sore my legs are, obviously not used to the impact of the road.

A Snowy 10 miles up cut gate & down to Cranberry Clough, up to Wilfrey edge, along Howden Edge & back down Cut Gate to the top Langsett car park. Snow chains on my shoes allowed me to climb the snow slope up wilfrey edge.

5 and a half recovery miles. The view of the fields submerged by the Severn in flood is always a sight to behold when crossing Carrington bridge.

Good effort Rodders. did you see the tracks of 30 dark peakers crossing CG before bull clough.

I did a round trip up the coast road from Hornsea this early morning.

about 9-10 miles 90ft of climbing

Nope, I reckon the Friday rain might have smoothed them away.

I have a video of going up Wilfery Edge up to the Cornices. I can't link to it as Facebook doesn't allow it.

Bowderdale (Howgills) up West Fell along to The Calf, Hare Shaw and up Yarlside, Kensgriff, Randygill Top (yipee!), Hooksey, Bowderdle Beck and Bowderdale. About 11 miles, 2 hours 41 mins. Not a soul spotted all day - bliss First longish run since the SNOW arrived.
