They are indeed my peaty feet. I took it on the Isle of Harris after I walked across the moors and mountains in barefeet (it felt good...I'm not really a hippy) and that is a rusting buoy from a ship that I found on the beach.

Have you read born to run all about the mexican indians who are great runners and a ultra trail race and the also the fact that we are supposed to run barefoot. Supposedly statistics show more injuries in the modern running shoe era. I have read it and it's fab.
