Plenty of calf and hamstring stretching DT!
Steady week this week due to pain in upper left foot just below where i had a stress fracture last year, still managed 30m/7000ft, had to do a bit more climbing on the bike.
Just been out now for a short trot with lad and its really painful and making creaking noises, bugger!!!
Bad ankle sprain suffered on Fri doing a practise run for the Carding Mill Canter, was going really well until that last descent!! Slipped then slid on backside for about 5 metres, picking up speed then foot caught in a rut but body kept going. Heard a crack as it went, apparently that was the tendons going! Prob miss the last two races of the winter league and the end of the squash season. Icing it at the moment and already getting annoyed at not being able to move about other than very slowly whilst dragging foot behind me!!

I've heard it's nearly as good as Placebo Gel.
