No it is raining now but it was lovely earlier. Slate grey sky, golden light on the moor and a gentle wind. At least the rain meant that the ice melted and I got home without any mishaps, cheers HHH.

That's great. I've not been to Pateley Bridge for years, but I've got happy memories of family camping holidays there.

In blizzard of hail pounding
nearly killed Stef F

After Stonehouse, there was sun
Warmed the half dead
Laughed and plodded on
Might be fibbing there, sure i managed a smile though!

That's great. I've not been to Pateley Bridge for years, but I've got happy memories of family camping holidays there.

Its a great place for cycling and running as it is in a valley and the hills around it are steep so you always get a great workout! I teach at a studio there each Monday (until mid-march).
