    The fleeting hour of life of those who love the hills is quickly spent, but the hills are eternal. Always there will be the the lonely ridge, the dancing beck, the silent forest; always there will be the exhilaration of the summits. These are for the seeking and those who seek and find while there is yet time will be blessed in both mind and body

    Chin's up mate, something's already come up today and another contact to ring on monday, just a shame i pulled out of the trog, could have ran today
    Felt a bit delicate this morning though, ran 20m yesterday and had a few guinness's last night

    Didn't mention racing. What i meant is it's time to get really serious about fitness as the fitter i am the easier it will be the more i can enjoy the scenery rather than just thinking about my next step i am that knackered. That's what i mean about Game on.
