Have a great day DT. Trotting those bogs. Just remember the best way not to sink is to never put your feet down for long!

Well then Harry what do you think of the plan to get the F.P.S. through as first team. Are you trained up enough.

That sounds like the best breakfast. Porridge and syrup for me but maybe I'll nip off and buy some hot cross buns for tomorrow! Hope you had a brilliant run.

Glad to see you are reborn Tri! Was a little worried for a while but should have known that you can't keep a good man down. I'm perking up too. The aches and pains have subsided a lot and it wasn't that much worse than after running the marathon! Going to try a gentle run out later.

It took me two days, but I've just sussed what's going on. I'm glad you're not going anywhere.
Look, I know I'm a bit slow (running and cognitively) and I'm just catching-up (story of my life... (Please read in Marvin the paranoid android voice)) on recent posts, but is Tri now Herakles???

Does that mean no more of Matt's brill poems, (rhyming couplets etc.!!!). Or does that mean we can look forward to a new style too ?

Why is it that when you've just got used to something they go and change the bloomin' world, again- I don't know....bloody change, and, while I'm in gripe mode, I hate that phrase 'making a difference' - what if you don't want a difference, hey???
