Wow HHH, that sounded great. I picked the best day for the w/e for a long run too. Garrigill, to Cross Fell to Great Dunn to Knock Fell and onto Meldon, then back along Trout Beck, via Tyne Head to Garrigill - 22.68 according to mapmyrun. And there was so much pristine hard-packed runnable snow - it was Arctic in appearance but warm enough for shorts! And all to my very own. Inspiring?

That sounds brilliant. I'm working up to that kind of distance but have only done an 18 miler in the last month or so. How nice to have it all to yourself too and that is such a lovely part of the country.

Yeah, I was too! Makes a refreshing change to have a bit of a rant on here.

Suggest either having a look around on user control panel or pm'ing Brett
