Last night's run. Not quite as quick as IDP

    6.3mi, 750ft, 51.20

Followed by 45 burpees (without the handclap).

Got a club headtorcher over Pendle tonight. Can't wait!
The great thing about the Monday night series is I always start joint last unless Nick Swift turns up which means I'm always chasing people, this keeps the momentum up. although last night going up thr last hill I couldn't quite catch then the last person but boy did I try

Took my mate hill repping with me tonight.

    Real good quality session.

Did 15 reps, totallying 6.41 miles, 1315ft in 1hr:00:39. Thats from leaving my house...doing the reps and running home.
Managed to get a max heart beat pb....184...whooooop!

Hit a bad patch at rep 8 but dug deep and kept going....flew up the last rep as if i was racing jebby.

Al, what are you running on for your reps? Grass? Tarmac? Good to see you're training regularly! How're the knees coping?

Well, Exactly 1.61 miles from my house there is a field with a big hill in it. Its all grass and its quite muddy (its firm on the actual climb)
I do a loop....run to the top, turn right and run along the top for about 20 paces and then descend back down...run along the bottom for 20 paces and then back up again.

I'll have to get a picture of it in the daylight.

    Heres the run...http://connect.garmin.com/activity/24340176
The figures are abit random....i hit the lap button at the bottom of each loop...but it gives me big differences in climb per lap

Knees ok touch wood, abit tight but nothing major.

15 x ballbusting stair reps - about 140 ft each

    I'm coming to like them.

And I never thought I'd say that about running up and down the stairwell of a seven-storey office building for 40 mins.
