Been injured torn hamstring, tendonitis in knee - but finished 3rd in the World Stair Running race in Milan at the end of Jan - just behind Anna Frost.....
By the time the 3 Peaks comes round......

I blame it on your warm up darren, sprinting up track by the start was far too enegetic....my "just running up the track to find a tree for a pee" was plenty....but you did beat me by 16 minutes so i'll shut up.

Well some guy called darren kay is meant to be alright and ben mounsey is pretty god damn rapid, and for 3 pints i reckon he's the best bargin out there.
