    Spotted a kestrel by Canal St Manchester ( er, I was just running past...honest!).

    Was happily tucking into a KFC chicken piece on the floor. I stopped and watched it for a bit from a distance of about 3ft. Just kept eating and looking at me.

    Ias anybody ever explained to you what a mirage is? I heard road running does it to you.

    Three roe deer coming back from Bedale (I was, not them) and a stoat on my run round Ilton.
