45 mins - up to highest accessible point in Bramley- down to and briefly along canal towpath - over Newlay Bridge up to A65 back down to river/canal via ever-darkening ginnel then back up to Bramley again.

Where was that then, top of the park?

I was suppose to go on the club run tonight but the weather was thick fog and heavy snow. Didn't fancy getting stuck at the end of ladybowyer so went for a road run. did a repeat of Monday night with some imaginary friends, the only problem is they want to beat me so no time for a break

about 6 miles lots of road hills and a bruised knee, elbow and pride...

... ok it was so dark and the fog/snow combo so impenetrable i ran in to a wall at a corner in the road. just never saw it even with the head torch on...

45 minutes around Clifton Downs-Bristol, biggest challenge was avoiding the creepy blokes in rain macks
