Plus there's a few runners (ex, & present) amongst the Nurses, & other staff at work, but for some reason they refuse to join me.

I can't figure out why, as I'm sure there's a few 'quickies' amongst them

I've been at it 4-5 years

started around 35.00mins last race i did was s sub 28.00 i think and new PB
