67 miles in glorious sunshine (after the 1st hour anyway). A loop into the Yorkshire Dales taking in the hidden gem of a cafe at Feizor. 2 of us split from the group on the way home and did a bit of hard riding for 15 miles or so. Good few hours out with a cracking somewhat rowdy lunch.

It is the having to ride really hard that freaks me out, not the blood samples that will be taken...

We need to swap classes, thought I'd walked into a men's only class last night topped it off having to teach the session, certainly unexpected if I'd known I'd have put my lippie on!!! At least they got use of their sweat towels to mop it all off the floor
