Ran Cautley Spout today for the first time in fantastic weather. Calves very sore from a never ending climb on steep grass with a bit of packed snow thrown in.
Will be back walking in the area and may get time to visit the temperance pub.
The KWL goes to some fantastic spots missed by most of us who go to the more popular bits of the Yorkshire Dales or to the nearby Lakes.

Sam fisher sprinted carl bell to win, carl was second and joss addison got 3rd
That is a good result for Sam. He should win it this year if he carries on like this.
