    You will have to get Mrs Second to Last to organise your backpacks next year, you have probably never noticed on the club runs but she always has at least 2 packets of tissues packed in her bum bag. I think she considers them mandatory FRA kit - but I wouldn't want to open a can of worms on that one. Although I imagine worms is possible outcome of moss and/or bracken.

    I imagine a can of worms would be pretty ineffective compared with moss.
