Water at Blackbeck Tarn outlet, some streams round the back of Great Gable as well but its a long way from there to the finish (a stream on the final descent from Crag Hill as well but this had a big dead sheep in it one year).
On a hot year the streams back of Gable can dry up.
The marshals on the controls have been giving out water when I've done it and lots of clubs have people out supporting so you could look like your dying to cadge water of these, this has worked for me in the past
