The new Trail Runner magazine is pitching itself in this way:
"Trail Runner caters very much for people new to the sport, who may not even have run before, or only run on roads. It also encourages and inspires intermediate trail run enthusiasts looking to improve their performance with the Training Zone, helps them find new places to run, check out the very latest running gear and races to aim for."

So either we fold this right now and all go to the pub for a consolation pint or three.....
Or we make it compulsory for anybody new wanting to join this Forum that they have read at least 3 editions of Trail Runner

Which is it going to be? Scrapheap, or raise the bar to keep the standard high?
