How Al and George got around their respective courses after eating the biggest chunk of cake pre-race beats me!!!!
George introducted me to a new technique....immodium!

I must admit, the cake didnt do me any favours on Causey Pike but neither did forgetting my simple race plan "take it very easy on Causey Pike".

Al was worried that he might never move his bowels again after i introduced him to Immodium as a race aid.

Good to see you all....wish id known Daz the Slug was running....must have just just missed you.....and MG too!

DJ looked every inch the athlete and i even spotted Mud spectating up on one of the hills somewhere.

Nothing to say about the race itself other than i suffered

Wise words DJ....faecal incontinence can be very funny but it has its time and place and racing in shorts isnt one of them.

Thank you kind sir. I think the "look" would be hugely enhanced if I didn't actually run!

Correct.....he shouted "encouragement" from checkpoints on Outerside and Catbells....always a heartwarming sound!
