    Might have gone by the time you finished in fact I think hey put it away when it went dark . It was right at the finish mate

    Yeah in 2008. Auld Lang syne would be a joke to claim pal I had to run 3 miles to get there in less than 25 minutes. You can have it though

    Coiners Junior races

    Big thanks to the organisers for the junior races Monday, it seemed a good turn out and there was some terrific running taking advantage of the dry conditions. A few who stood out to me were Lewis Byram, James Knox and Bronwen Owen who all seemed to be flying, but there were a lot of quality performances in all age groups.

    All our crew from Helm enjoyed the day, really enjoyed the sunshine and really really enjoyed the chocolate! So many thanks Calder for a well organised, quality event.
