    Smile midsummer madness races

Wicken Hill Whizz (Fri 18th 7:30pm, from Mytholmroyd Community Centre, 1000' up to trig point and then straight back down.) Then into the spiritual home of Fantasy Fellrunning, the Shoulder of Mutton!
Reservoir Bogs (Sat 19th 11:30am, from Hare & Hounds above Hebden Bridge, interesting route choices ) Top band & top beer in the pub in the evening
Timothy Taylors Tom Tittiman (Sun 20th midday, from Hare & Hounds - fast blast)

Who's coming to any of these races over next weekend?

I know that Friday's race has terrible timing, to clash with England's game. So I guess numbers are going to be down for that.

Hoping to get big screen TV rigged up at Sheepstones Bill if that helps

I might do the Wicken Hill Whizz it depends what my physio says on Friday morning. Paradoxically, if she stops me running it'll be my swansong so i'm there; if not then i'm going to wait until Beamsley Beacon.

    Bill,

I'll be there. I got some time off work organised for this weekend. If you need any help prior to the races, let me know and I can get there early.

You can always count on a bit of "added value" when you do a CVFR race

This is a great series, all genuine fell races. I did them last year and really enjoyed them.

I'll be there for the Whicken Hill Whizz, and possibly the Tom Tittiman depending on what time I get back from the Lakes on Sunday.

Hope to catch you all there!

Thanks Graham. I think we're fine for help prior to the races, unless you want to help me flag WHW during the day on Friday, or Jon Underwood & Tim Brooks flag TTTT on Sunday morning.

There will be a few Springfield Striders as usual. I shall be trying not to fall over, or not conspicuously at any rate.

All being well two ponies are going to give this a go, can you pay for all three at one go and retain your number for the three races??
