never ceases to amaze me how many parts of the stone wall has been knocked out on that road , theres a new hole every week
could the course yield a new race record, not got my fixtures with me but if andy did a recce ( in about an hour ) , it would be nice to see it broken
the conditions underfoot was perfect sundaY.
whats the record anyone
Not sure if this has been mentioned already but there is an alternate route. DazH this would suit you fine. through Glossop town centre ( from Hayfield direction) and up the hill. Carry on for approx 6 miles on the B6105. Cross a dam wall and sharp left at the top. Crowden car park 1/2 mile on the right
Absolutely gutted that I'll miss this one due to a foot injury. Crowden's a local stomping ground and particular favourite. Hope to pop along and see the crowd on the day.
Methinks the car park may be a wee bit full on Sunday morning......
