Suprisingly good at the moment. Feet are battered, my ankles are painful and swollen but most other bits in good working order! Did not lose weight but got a good beard and that 1000 yard stare that is scaring the missus at the mo'!!
The morning may reveal more aches and pains!

I'm back too, V. large whisky in glass and time for a bath.
Will I sleep tonight, I doubt it - I'm somewhere around cloud 9, which is better than where I was this time last night
