They were lovely to me, they managed to get a private room for dinner in a really nice pub, which they decorated with all the embarrassing photos of me that they could get their hands on from my dad! Lots of silly hen party games and far too many shots of sambuca

Hello everyone,
How are you all keeping?
I've not been running lately, had to take a rest but with Kielder marathon in the fairly near future I need to get moving again! My iron was very low which would explain the extremely low energy I was suffering from. I'm taking supplements now so hopefully will be raring to go soon enough!
I've been keeping an eye on the forum and have noticed that it is VERY quiet around here these days! Also seems to be a bit of low moral on here. So, what's everyone been upto lately?
Anyway hope you're all well and enjoying the fells. xxx

You shouldn't expect too much of yourself. Baby is still young. Give yourself time. It won't be long before you are back to normal.

Thanks both It's not actually til the end of August so we have a few weeks to go yet (8.5 - EEK!) but the hen/stag dos were a bit early to avoid clashing holidays over the summer.... Although the best man decided to book his holiday to clash with the wedding instead DOH!

Alright MG. Great news and I hope the supplementation works. Its really good to have some thing to focus on and it can drive you through those more difficult times. Good luck with the marathon if that is what you decide to do.

All I have to report is a broken ankle, but it is getting stronger day by day and as a consequence my core is solid at the moment.

Thanks for eveyone's kind words. Since my last post I have made the push to get running again. I have ran 14 miles this week...woohoo....let battle commence...onwards and upwards!
