Went to see 'Shrek 4' on Thursday with SWMBO, & 'small-child'
It has its moments (mainly from the 'supporting' charactors; the 3 'blind Mice, 'Gingy' & 'Puss'), but overall it's not really funny
The writers must have had a 'Back To The Future' evening in their home-cinemas
As for the last DVD I watched (for the 'umpteenth' time), it was 'American Grafitti'
What a cracking cast;
Harrison Ford
Richard Dreyfuss
Ron Howard
Charles Martin Smith
Wonder what happened to any of them???
But, the stars of the film were; the Wolfman Jack, the '55 Chevrolet Bel-Air, & that gorgeous '32 Deuce (Ford Model B)
I watched "The Lives of others" tonight a brilliant film set in East Germany a few years before the Berlin Wall came down. Its all about the STASI and the grip they held on the people then.

Taped In the Heat of the Night off BBC4 on V+ last week, watched at weekend. Just when it got to the final reconcilliation at the train station at the end...it stopped! Damn V+!![]()
May i recommend a little french number by the name of Irreversible. It's pretty harrowing, no make that very harrowing but it's a great film that certainly makes you think. If you've got the stomach for it I'd highly recommend it.
