I had a horrible race ......... I got carried away with the coffee/caffiene before the race and my stomach was cramping badly 10 mins into it! I was trying so hard and felt like it was so slow. It's now 22 hrs after the race and all I managed to eat is some rice but been to the bog multiple times ! I won't be making that mistake again!
