Had to change some holiday plans and will be in the Lakes towards the end of the week. I was wondering if anyone had a borrowdale place I can use. I have done the race before a few times but didn't think I would be around to do it this year!

i still have a sore foot which i aggravated at Kentmere so dont think i had better start. shame as i really wanted to finish this race. let me know if you want my place

Reccie in 3hrs...defo a tall story. Must have missed out Scafell Pike!
Ran round the full route the other day in perfect conditions in 3.45 with the hammer down and my best time is 3hrs in the race! (I'm not doing the race this year, by the way.)
Come on, then...own up, who's been building cairns on the descent off Gable?!

We have arranged to have a couple of local sports therapists at the end of the race who will be offering (for a small donation to a local charity) post-race leg massages.....Just thought some of you that have entered may be interested!!

Apparently not! This Scott Collett reccied the route in 3 hours, and races it in 3 hours 2 minutes. Which is interesting...Originally Posted by Disco

It will take me alot more than 3 hours to get round. I'll be pleased if I get in under half that time :-)
